Please familiarize yourself with these General Terms and Conditions for the use of the 4DX service (provided by Blitz-CineStar LLC, with headquarters in Blitz-CineStar LLC, Rruga Fehmi Agani 79/8, 10 000 Prishtine, Kosovo, unique ID number: 811930438, hereinafter referred to as “CineStar”) before making a decision to use the 4DX service. Acceptance of General Terms and Condition

1. By purchasing a ticket for a 4DX show or entering a 4DX cinema hall, you accept these General Terms and Conditions of Use for the 4DX Service (“General Terms”), as well as all other rules and conditions of use of CineStar’s services.

Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

1. CineStar reserves the right to amend and/or supplement these General Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes shall become effective on the day of publication. CineStar advises you to check these General Terms and Conditions before purchasing a 4DX ticket or entering a 4DX theater in order to be aware of any changes.

General information about the 4DX system

1. The 4DX system uses 4DX motion seats that are programmed to move and vibrate during 4DX shows in combination with special ambient effects including air or wind strikes, water spray, fog, mist, bubbles, scents, and flashing lights. With these General Terms and Conditions, CineStar wants to properly warn about all the characteristics and potential dangers arising and/or arising from such movements and physical sensations in case of non-compliance with safety rules and instructions, and, where applicable, the obligation to prohibit the use of 4DX services or specifically 4DX motion seats. 4DX effects depend on each film shown in the 4DX theater and we cannot influence their intensity, since CineStar does not program 4DX effects but receives them in digital form for each film.

4. 4DX Moving Seats

• 4DX moving seats use intense movements and strong vibrations that can pose a danger and cause serious injuries during a 4DX screening if you do not adhere to the safety rules contained in these Terms and Conditions.
• Visitors with health problems or injuries should seek medical advice before using 4DX moving seats.
• During the screening, except in cases of extreme necessity, standing up or moving around the 4DX cinema is prohibited. Visitors who are standing or moving around should return to their seats or leave the cinema as soon as possible.
• Please pay special attention when entering, sitting down, or moving around the 4DX cinema to ensure that clothing, personal belongings, or any part of the body do not get caught between the 4DX moving seats and the walls or stairs.
• CineStar and 4DX are not responsible for the loss or damage of improperly stored items.
• In the case of bringing food and drinks into the 4DX cinema, please pay special attention to ensuring that food and drinks are not spilled or dropped. If you drop items or spill liquids during the screening, please refrain from leaving your seats to retrieve such items and do not take any other actions until the end of the screening.
• For safety reasons, the use of children’s or additional seats and sitting on laps is strictly prohibited. Children under 4 years of age are not allowed to watch 4DX screenings for safety reasons. Also, because 4DX moving seats can collide with other 4DX moving seats in front of or behind them, all children should sit next to, not in front of or behind, the person accompanying them.
• Please ensure that visitors never stand on footrests and be careful when moving around the cinema to avoid tripping or falling over footrests.

5. Ambient effects system

• It is strictly forbidden to bring in contact foreign objects, including body parts, clothing, personal belongings, food, and drinks, with devices such as fans, bubble machines, strobe lights, and fog machines, as they can cause serious injury and equipment damage.
• At all times, foreign objects must be prevented from coming into contact with the 4DX equipment.
• Wind: Please pay special attention to securing loose items such as scarves or hats that may be blown away during wind effects, as these items can cause equipment malfunctions. In the event that items are blown away during a 4DX show, visitors are strictly prohibited from collecting such items during the show. All items will be returned after the show with the assistance of CineStar staff.
• Smell: Depending on the storyline of the movie, smell effects similar to burning chemicals or smoke may be used. We ask all visitors not to panic in this case because they are just effects, and in the event of any malfunction or problem, all visitors will be informed by CineStar staff and timely escorted out of the auditorium.
• Bubbles: The bubble fluid used during the 4DX show contains the same ingredients as regular cleaning agents and should not cause damage to clothing, but it can damage other personal items or stain sensitive materials such as leather or silk. We ask all visitors to store sensitive items before the start of the show to prevent stains or damage.
• Water: The spray water used during the 4DX show is purified and should not cause physical injury, but it can wet clothing, damage moisture-sensitive clothing, cause slight odors, and affect makeup. In addition, such water can cause discomfort when using 3D glasses. Sensitive items such as leather or silk products should be stored before the start of the show to prevent stains or damage.

Prohibition and Limitation of the Use of 4DX Service

1. The 4DX motion seats use intensive motion and vibrations that can be harmful to certain categories of people. In order to prevent accidents or injuries, the following persons must not use the 4DX motion seats and must not attend a 4DX screening:

a) Persons with health problems such as high blood pressure, heart disease, back or neck injuries, epilepsy;

b) Elderly or disabled persons or blind persons (see also point 7.);

c) Pregnant women;

d) Persons prone to motion sickness or persons who are physically or mentally sensitive;

e) Persons under the influence of alcohol;

f) Children under 4 years of age (children between 4 and 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult);

g) Persons below 100 centimeters in height; and

h) Due to the specifications of the 4DX motion seats, persons weighing over 120 kilograms.

Due to safety risks, please watch a suitable performance in a different format (not 4D format) if you fall into any of the aforementioned categories.

1. Please understand that the Service Provider for blind or disabled visitors must apply increased attention in each individual case to determine whether these categories of visitors can safely watch a 4DX show. For greater safety, such categories of visitors may require the accompaniment of a helper or caregiver and may attend a 4DX show only after an authorized person from CineStar determines that it is justified in the specific case. Visitors who have been found to be able to watch a 4DX show must be fully informed of the included safety risks (listed in these Terms and Conditions) and will be provided assistance when seating them in the theater.
2. During the 4DX show, you are required to follow the safety warnings and instructions provided by CineStar staff.
3. The following are not possible with 4DX:

a) Reservation of tickets;

b) My CineStar Tuesday;

c) Exchange of bonus tickets and points (except in special promotions);

d) Surcharge;

e) CineStar B2B coupons;

f) Cancellation of tickets.

Instructions for using 4DX service

1. In order to fully enjoy the 4DX movie experience:

• we advise you to use the restroom if needed before the start of the show and to secure valuable (such as mobile phones) and delicate items (such as silk scarves) in a safe place;
• please be careful when moving around the 4DX theater and do not stand on footrests and remain seated in your seat until the end of the show;
• during the show, watch your belongings to prevent them from flying or getting stuck due to movement and 4DX effects;
• please be especially careful if you bring hot drinks, food, or ice cream into the 4DX theater, and in case of dropping objects or spilling liquids, remain seated until the end of the show;
• for safety reasons, the use of children’s or additional seats is strictly prohibited, as well as sitting on someone’s lap;
• expect to get a little wet – it’s part of the 4DX experience!

Liability

1. You watch the 4DX presentation solely at your own risk.
2. CineStar shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from the viewer’s failure to comply with the safety instructions and warnings provided in these General Terms and Conditions.
3. CineStar cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or other incident that may occur during the viewing of a 4DX presentation. CineStar shall in no event be liable for any damages that may arise as a result of improper or non-compliant behavior during a 4DX presentation, in violation of these General Terms and Conditions.

General provisions

1. The relationship between you and CineStar is governed by the positive regulations of the Republic of Kosovo. In the event of a dispute, the competent court in Kosovo shall have jurisdiction.
